This plugin has a lot of potential. I has quickly become a powerful tool for us. With a bit of tweaking this plugin could be ideal for stopping x-rayers. Thx for your effort and kindness wesley! In reply to 1n50mn XrayInformer works with any form of X-Ray modification, be it a texture pack or a client mod. I believe that you’re thinking of an obfuscator. It’s primary purpose is to help server administrators and staff detect Xrayers so that they can be taken care of however your server wants. It’s working fine in MC 1.

Can you post your the error s you’re receiving, and why it doesn’t work? Did you break them below y coordinate 16? The plugin only registers ores that are broken in their natural generation state, this minimizes error due to other ore breaks. Is the stone count working? I can’t really fix anything without a record or log of what’s not working. I haven’t had any other reports of such an issue. I can add that as a config option for the next update, however it isn’t recommended. If you change the y-coordinate values that XrayInformer detects, it can potentially make the results less accurate.

For example, if XrayInformer counted all diamonds broken, instead of just those below level 16, consider this: Many players mine diamonds naturally with a silk touch pickaxe, then bring them to their home to mine them with a fortune pickaxe.

Without the y restriction in XrayInformer, this would count 2 diamond breaks when there is really only one that should be counted. However, I suppose this would still be a useful feature as some servers have custom maps and ore generation.
